Are you using an iPhone? If so;
1) open Safari then go to RosterPop.co.uk
2) at the bottom middle is an up arrow, click this
3) then click ‘add to Home Screen’
4) finally click done
This should provide the quickest way to check your roster.
Are you using an Android? If so;
1) open Chrome then go to RosterPop.co.uk
2) tap the THREE VERTICAL DOTS in the top-right corner to open Chrome's Settings menu
3) select 'ADD TO HOME SCREEN'
4) tap 'ADD AUTOMATICALLY' to place the RosterPop icon on your Android device's Home Screen wherever space is available.
5) If you want to place the icon somewhere different on your Home Screen, touch and hold the icon, and drag it to your desired location.
This should provide the quickest way to check your roster.
This shows you how to synchronise your roster with your Calendar app on your iPhone or iPad.
Once done, every time you check your roser, your calendar is automatically updated.
1) Make your you are logged in to RosterPop.co.uk (you can tell you are logged in by pressing the menu at the top right - if you name appears then you are logged in. If you are not logged in but your have already registred, from the home page enter your BSafe credentials to View Roster. This will autiomatically log you in.)
2) From the top right menu, TAP YOUR NAME then tap CALENDAR SUBSCRIPTION
3) Press Copy or COPY THE URL
4) Go to your CALENDAR APP
5) Select ADD CALENDAR
6) ... ADD SUBSCRIPTION CALENDAR
7) PASTE the URL
8) Press SUBSCRIBE
9) Change any settings then press ADD at the top right
Now every time you check your roster, your calendar will be synchronised.
Registering with RosterPop allows extra functionality when you view your roster. But occasionally Members have issues logging in after registering.
This is usually the easiest fix:
1) go to the Home page (rosterpop.co.uk)
2) MANUALLY REenter your BA BSafe details
3) Do you see your roster now?
To check if you are logged in - click the menu at the top right then if you see your name, you are logged in. If you click your name you see some extra functions.
The reason behind this is that quite often, the browser stores your password and then updates it to the new one. You end up trying to log in to BA BSafe with your RosterPop credentials without knowing. Please remember BA instructs members not to store your password.
You can upgrade to the highest tier; 'RosterPop Pro' which allows you to:
- Stay ahead with push notifications for stand changes, delays and aircraft changes
- Be more informed with richer flight information
- View incoming / outgoing crew
- Be the first to receive new functionality
- Support the growth of RosterPop
You will also be supporting the growth of RosterPop.
To upgrade, open the menu, click your name then click RosterPop Pro. Click the button at the bottom then complete the details on the next page.
Once you have done this you’ll see a number of enhancements to your RosterPop experience.
To maximise the benefit, once you have done this, open the Push Notifications page and set these up (see designated FAQ).

With RosterPop Pro you can receive push notifications for stand changes and slot changes. This helps to:
- prevent you from walking out to one stand when it has changed to another
- keep you informed about delays / slot changes.
Push notifications for RosterPop Pro work on almost all devices.
The Push Notifications page is intelligent and will guide you through. You will need the following:
- to have saved the web-app to your Home Screen (see the designated FAQ)
- if on an iPhone or iPad you need be using at least iOS version 16.4 (but we recommend upgrading to the latest version)
- to be a ‘RosterPop Pro’ subscriber
- open the RosterPop web-app (not Safari), press the menu, press your name then press Push Notifications.
To set up Push Notifications:
- ensure the items above are done
- go to the Push Notifications page
- press Enable Notifications
- when your device asks you to 'Allow Notifications', press OK.
To maximise the benefit of Push Notifications we recommend you go to Settings and configure them to be always visible - so that you don’t have to unlock your phone just to see the stand change etc.

Only people who use RosterPop will see these messages.
